Matteo Rocco, PhD

Matteo Rocco is an associate professor at the Energy Department of the Politecnico di Milano, an expert in energy modelling and environmental policy analysis. His research focuses on the integration of input-output and optimisation models for assessing the environmental and socio-economic impact of energy transition strategies. He has coordinated and participated in numerous European and international research projects, collaborating with public and private entities to develop decision support tools in the energy sector. At eNextGen, he provides scientific and methodological advice for innovation in sustainability and carbon footprint analysis.
